Yulia Bobrova studied at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, majoring in Political Communications. She is the co-founder of the «Dubravskiy Consulting» agency. She also is a winner of a several awards from the Russian Association of Political Consultants ‘Choice’.  She has experience in advising and managing election campaigns from the municipal to the federal level. Her main professional interests are political advertising, creative political projects and media management.
