Lisbon 2025 is one of the major highlights of EAPC activities. The 30th European Conference of our association will take place here from May 6 to 8. We are currently working intensively on all the details. The detailed program will be presented by mid-January at the latest. However, the essential cornerstones are already in place. The general theme of the conference will be “Protecting Democratic Values in Challenging Times”. The central focus will be on the questions of “How do we as political advisors and campaigners counter the new major challenges such as fake news, disinformation, vote buying or the infiltration of elections by forces from both outside and inside”. The program will be complemented by visits to the headquarters of the country’s main parties, a discussion in parliament and a reception in the town hall. The social events will also be unique and present Lisbon in its best light.
