Biography:
Thomas Hofer is managing partner at H&P Public Affairs, Vienna. He works as a political consultant and public affairs strategist. Hofer received a PhD from the University of Vienna and a Master degree from the Graduate School of Political Management (Washington, D.C.). He worked as a political journalist for the magazine “profil” and published various books on campaign management. Hofer is a frequent political commentator in the Austrian media and teaches courses on campaign management.
