Biography:

Nenad Simovic is the Senior Resident Director for NDI’s Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) programs. As the Senior Resident Director at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), a leading non-profit organization that promotes democracy and good governance worldwide, he has been leading and managing complex and impactful programs and projects in various regions for over 16 years.

Experienced Senior Democracy and Governance Development Expert with a demonstrated history of working in the international affairs industry worldwide, such as Western Balkans and the Middle East. Skilled in Election Processes, CSOs Capacity Development, Strategic Planning, Political Communication, Political Parties Development, Research, and Campaign Management. Strong community and social services professional with a Bachelor’s degree focused in Criminal Law from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.

His mission is to support democratic institutions and actors to advance their goals and aspirations and to foster inclusive and accountable governance systems.
