Biography:
Filiz Ayseli Coşkun was graduated from Urban and Regional Planning from one of the most prestigious universities in the field Mimar Sinan University. She concurrently completed thematic programs and area training from the European Commission during her undergraduate education.  In 2006, she was admitted to the trainer pool of the European Commission’s Salto Resource and Training Center and the Turkish National Agency. She also completed her masters degree at the same university. Her master’s thesis focused on The Empowerment of Civil – Local Actors on the Process of In-Situ Urban Regeneration. In 2012, she participated in a civil society leadership certificate program at the University of Connecticut. Since 2016, she also began working actively as a screenwriter in the film and television industry outside of election periods. She has been involved in mainstream television series and film projects. She has also been an influential figure in developing communication strategies and creative film content for significant milestones projects in Turkey. In 2024 local elections, she worked as the campaign manager for Sisli Municipal Candidate Resul Emrah Sahan who won the elections with a record high shares of votes. She has been working on developing a campaigning and communication model named as Guideline for Success: Mayor’s Road and presented her model in high-level meetings organized by political parties in Turkey.
