Brent Buchanan is President of Cygnal, an DC-based public opinion polling and analytics firm. He started the company in 2007 but transitioned in 2017 to solve the problems with political polling. The New York Times recognized Cygnal as the most accurate polling firm in the U.S. in the 2018 election, and FiveThirtyEight has ranked them the most accurate Republican pollster. The firm has served clients in more than 17 countries and on more than 1,400 U.S. campaigns from president to local level.
